# GTA 6 Collectibles

No GTA 6 collectibles are announced and any location list you see today is fabricated. Here is every GTA 5 set with exact counts, and what 100% actually required.

**Confidence tier for this page:** Speculation (`speculation`) — Our analysis or a community theory. Not a fact.

Nothing has been announced and nothing has been found. What we can give you is the exact shape of GTA 5's collectible hunt, which is the only honest guide to the scale of what is coming.

## The short answer

**No GTA 6 collectibles are known. Not one set, not one count, not one location.** Rockstar has never named a collectible set for GTA 6, and no location can exist before the game does — finding a collectible requires playing the game, and nobody outside Rockstar has. Any “GTA 6 collectible locations” page you find today is invented.

What is real and useful is the GTA 5 precedent below: 13 sets, roughly 410 individually located items, and a genuinely awkward split between what the 100% counter demanded in full, what it demanded in part, and what it ignored completely. That is the scale to expect, and it is the plan we are staffing launch week against.

## GTA 5's collectible sets — the template

This table describes **GTA 5**, not GTA 6. It is the most concrete answer available to “how much collectible hunting am I in for?”, because it is the most recent mainline GTA and the one whose structure GTA 6 is most likely to resemble.

| Set (GTA 5) | Count | Needed for 100% |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Spaceship Parts** Scattered statewide. Collecting all 50 unlocked a mission and a vehicle reward. | 50 | All 50 |
| **Letter Scraps** Pages of a confession letter; assembling them opened a side story thread. | 50 | All 50 |
| **Monkey Mosaics** Graffiti murals, added in the enhanced re-release. Rewarded outfits and a vehicle. | 50 | No |
| **Stunt Jumps** Ramps to land rather than items to pick up. Only half were required. | 50 | 25 of 50 |
| **Under the Bridge** Fly an aircraft under each of the state’s 50 bridges. Only half were required. | 50 | 25 of 50 |
| **Submarine Parts** Underwater, requiring a submersible. Reward was a vehicle. | 30 | No |
| **Nuclear Waste** Underwater barrels, collected with the submersible. Paid out on completion. | 30 | No |
| **Peyote Plants** Added in the enhanced re-release. Consuming one triggered an animal hallucination. | 27 | No |
| **Wildlife Photography** A photo assignment added in the enhanced re-release. Rewarded a submersible. | 20 | No |
| **Hidden Packages** Cash and weapon briefcases — most underwater, four at the Altruist camp. Counts are disputed between sources. | 15 | No |
| **Knife Flights** Fly through tight gaps in an aircraft. Roughly half were required. | 15 | 8 of 15 |
| **Parachute Jumps** Seven helicopter jumps and six base jumps. They count within the 42-activity hobbies requirement. | 13 | Via hobbies |
| **Epsilon Tracts** Part of the Epsilon Program side thread rather than a standalone hunt. | 10 | No |
| **Total** | **410** | — |

## Four things that table tells you

### 1. “Required for 100%” is not a yes-or-no question

This is the detail most GTA 5 guides get wrong, and it cuts both ways. Some sets had to be finished completely — all 50 spaceship parts, all 50 letter scraps. Some counted only *partially*: 25 of the 50 stunt jumps, 25 of the 50 under-the-bridge flights, 8 of the 15 knife flights. And more than half the sets in the game — monkey mosaics, submarine parts, nuclear waste, hidden packages, epsilon tracts, peyote plants, the wildlife photos — counted for nothing at all toward the percentage, however good their own rewards were.

A completionist who assumes every set is required does roughly double the work needed. A completionist who assumes the halves are optional stalls short of 100%. Knowing which line you are on is worth dozens of hours — see [the completion hub](https://gta6intelhub.com/100-percent-completion).

### 2. Set size varies by a factor of five

Ten items at the small end, fifty at the large. That range matters for how fast accurate location data can appear after launch: a ten-item set is a single evening's work, a fifty-item set spread across an entire state is not. Expect complete, trustworthy location lists for small sets within days and large sets within weeks — from anyone honest.

### 3. Some sets require specific equipment or vehicles

GTA 5's underwater sets needed a submersible; the flight challenges needed an aircraft, and in some cases a specific kind. That means collectible hunting is often gated behind story progress rather than being available from the opening hour. A launch-day collectible guide that does not tell you what you need first is not much of a guide.

### 4. Sets get added after launch

Three of the sets in that table — the peyote plants, the monkey mosaics and the wildlife photography challenge — simply did not exist in the original 2013 release. They arrived with the enhanced re-release more than a year later. That is close to a quarter of GTA 5's collectible content added after the fact.

A collectible resource is therefore never finished, and a page that claims to be definitive is claiming something it cannot know. It is why every page here carries a last-verified date rather than a publish date.

## What we can honestly say about GTA 6

- **There will almost certainly be collectibles.** Every mainline GTA and every recent Rockstar open world has had them. This is about as safe as a speculation gets — but it is still a speculation, and it tells you nothing about what they are.
- **The sets will probably be new.** Rockstar has not reused a collectible set between mainline games. Expect Leonida-specific hunts, not spaceship parts again.
- **Nothing about counts, rewards or locations can be known yet.** If a number for GTA 6 appears anywhere before release, it was invented.

## How we will publish them

One page per set, at a predictable URL, with a complete location list — not a partial one. Partial location lists are worse than none: a reader who works through forty of fifty markers and then hits a gap has wasted the run. So a set page goes live when the set is finished, and until then this hub says which sets are still outstanding and roughly where we are.

Each set page links to its markers on the [interactive map](https://gta6intelhub.com/map), and the map links back. The operational detail is in our content roadmap; the short version is that we sequence by set size rather than by popularity, because a complete small set beats a half-done famous one.

## What lands here on launch day

19 Nov 2026

GTA 6 releases on 19 November 2026. This page is already live so that it is indexed and established before then. Within the first days after release it is replaced with the real thing:

1. The set names and exact counts, as soon as the game reveals them — usually readable from an in-game stats or checklist screen within hours of release.
2. One dedicated page per collectible set, with a complete location list. Published set by set as each is finished, smallest sets first.
3. Map marker layers on the interactive map, one toggleable layer per set.
4. Rewards documented per set — what completing each one actually gives you.
5. A clear statement of which sets count toward 100% completion and which are optional.

Nothing above is published until someone here has verified it in-game or Rockstar has stated it. If that takes longer than a day, the page says so rather than filling the gap with guesses. See [how we verify](https://gta6intelhub.com/editorial-policy).

## Frequently asked

**What collectibles are in GTA 6?**

None have been announced. Rockstar has not named a single GTA 6 collectible set, and no count exists. Any page listing GTA 6 collectible locations today is fabricated — nobody has played the game, so nobody has found anything in it.

**How many collectibles will GTA 6 have?**

Unknown. For scale: across its original and enhanced releases, GTA 5 accumulated 13 distinct collectible and challenge sets totalling roughly 410 individually located items, ranging from 10-item sets up to several 50-item sets. GTA 6 may be larger, smaller or structured entirely differently. Rockstar has not repeated a collectible set list between games.

**Are GTA 6 collectibles required for 100% completion?**

Unknown, and in GTA 5 the answer was messier than yes or no. Some sets had to be completed in full for 100% — all 50 spaceship parts and all 50 letter scraps. Some counted only in part: 25 of 50 stunt jumps, 25 of 50 under-the-bridge flights, 8 of 15 knife flights. And several sets, including the monkey mosaics, submarine parts, nuclear waste and hidden packages, did not count toward the percentage at all.

**Will collectible locations be shown on the GTA 6 map?**

Unknown. GTA 5 generally did not mark collectibles on the in-game map until you had found some of a set yourself, which is precisely why external interactive maps became the tool most players kept open alongside the game.

**When will you publish GTA 6 collectible locations?**

As each set is fully located in-game, set by set, smallest first. A 10-item set can be published complete within a day of us reaching it; a 50-item set takes considerably longer. We publish complete sets rather than partial ones, and we say which sets are still outstanding.
