One-Eyed Willie's is confirmed by Rockstar itself as an Ultimate Edition off-road mod shop in Lake Leonida, and PC Gamer reported the same from the pre-order details. The name strongly evokes One-Eyed Willy, the pirate whose treasure drives the plot of The Goonies, which would be very much in keeping with Rockstar's naming humour.
