Two mailboxes, one person reading them

There is no contact form, no support desk and no press office. There are two email addresses, both of which go to the one person who runs this site. Pick whichever fits and write in plain terms — the more specific you are, the faster something actually changes.

Reporting a factual error

This is the message worth sending. The site publishes a great deal about an unreleased game, and some of it will turn out to be wrong — the whole point of the confidence tiers is to make that recoverable rather than embarrassing. Corrections are made in place with a dated note, never by quietly deleting the mistake, and every one is listed in the public corrections log so you can check that this is a real process and not a paragraph on a policy page.

Three things make a correction actionable rather than a conversation:

  • The page. Paste the URL. "Somewhere in the vehicles database" costs a lot of searching and often ends in the wrong entry being edited.
  • The claim. Quote the sentence you are disputing. Pages get rewritten, so a line of the actual text survives better than a paragraph number.
  • The source. A link to something that contradicts it — ideally a primary one: the Rockstar Newswire, a trailer with a timestamp, an official listing, or reporting from an outlet that names its sourcing. Without this a claim can only be downgraded, not fixed.

A tier dispute counts as a correction too. If something is labelled Confirmed and the only thing behind it is a well-sourced news story, that is an error in exactly the same way a wrong date is, and it will be corrected the same way. The tier definitions are in the editorial policy.

Privacy, data access and deletion

Data protection questions and rights requests go to privacy@gta6intelhub.com. That covers access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawing consent where processing relies on it. Requests are answered within one month, which is the commitment the privacy policy already makes and the period the GDPR sets.

Be aware there is genuinely very little to act on. This site has no accounts, no login, no newsletter, no comments and no contact form, so it holds nothing that identifies you. A request will be answered honestly on that basis rather than met with a form to fill in. If you can supply an identifier — an analytics client ID, for instance — anything associated with it is deleted on request.

Press, permissions and rights

There is no press office and no media kit, because there is no company behind this — see about for the unvarnished version. For quoting the site, referencing a database, licensing questions, takedown requests or anything else with a rights dimension, use corrections@gta6intelhub.com. Say what you want to use and where it will appear.

Short quotes with a link back need no permission and never have. Bulk reuse of a database is worth asking about first: no content licence has been published, so nothing has been granted by default.

What this site cannot help you with

This is the most useful section on the page, and it exists because mail of this kind arrives at every unofficial fan site. GTA6 Intel Hub is not Rockstar Games. It is an independent fan resource with no affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. Nobody here works for them, has a line to them, or can act on their behalf.

That means none of the following can be done from this inbox:

  • Rockstar Games Social Club or Rockstar account problems, bans, or recovery.
  • Refunds, chargebacks, pre-order changes, or anything about a purchase.
  • Technical support, crashes, install problems, or platform issues.
  • Beta access, early codes, keys, or review copies. There is no list to be added to.
  • Passing a message, a request or a complaint to Rockstar Games.

All of that belongs with Rockstar Games directly, at support.rockstargames.com. Sending it here only delays you, because the honest reply is a link to that page.

How long a reply takes

Honestly: it depends, and nobody here has promised a number. One person reads both inboxes alongside everything else, so a reply may take a few days and occasionally longer. The one firm commitment is the statutory one — privacy rights requests are answered within a month.

A factual error, though, gets fixed as soon as it is confirmed, whether or not the reply has gone out yet. Correcting the page is the part that matters; the email is just admin. If you sent a correction and the page changed, that was you, even in silence.

There is no phone number and no postal address published for this site, for the ordinary reason that it is one person and not an office. Email is the whole of it.
