The Leonida Penitentiary is the prison Lucia Caminos is serving time in when GTA 6 opens, named directly in her official Rockstar bio. She is there for fighting on behalf of her family, and the bio credits sheer luck for her release. Its position on the map has not been shown, but the story demonstrably starts here.
