One-Eyed Willie's

One-Eyed Willie's is named in Rockstar's own Ultimate Edition breakdown as a mod shop "in Lake Leonida" specializing in off-road modifications and hand-painted automotive artistry, open for business only with that edition. PC Gamer reports the same placement and the same specialisms, and it appeared in a screenshot showing a heavily customized Canis Kamacho. Whether the shop itself or only its customization options are edition-locked is unclear.
