Little Cuba is named on Rockstar's own Only in Leonida page, which picks out its "bustling panaderías" as one of Vice City's defining neighborhood flavours; GamesRadar+ describes it as compact and densely packed. It is the clear analogue to Miami's Little Havana. No official write-up of the area itself has been published beyond that line, so its role in the game is unknown.
