Ocean View Hotel
The Ocean View Hotel is a direct callback to the original GTA: Vice City, and Rockstar names it itself: an official screenshot released with the Vintage Vice City Pack is captioned as Jason and Lucia standing outside the Ocean View Hotel. PC Gamer reports early GTA 6 clips harking back to it. Whether it serves a story function or is purely a returning landmark has not been stated.
